The charging station is located at the parking lot left side when facing the front of Walmart

Hit here Saturday morning. Par for the course for EA's at walmart location some "worked" and some were down. I tried multiple ones could not get the tap to work for membership, finally just did a pay by card and that started to initiate charge but then failed. I should know by now not to try and use an EA at walmart. I ended up going elsewhere.

Every time I come here. I have to try one or two or three different chargers to complete the charge on my vehicle and sometimes I can’t even do that

I have had my vehicle inspected at the dealership and it is fine   I can go to any other charging station in Oklahoma City all the way down to Ardmore or Stillwater Oklahoma and it charges Fine but when I come to this facility, sometimes I can get 10% 15% sometimes it’s only 2% before the chargers shut down and fell or kick me off, and I have to start the charging process over or move to another machine

Furthermore, when you pay for the higher or rapid charging rate in the machine, machines do work they charge at half of their capacity and yet you are still being charged the full rate

I have called and emailed multiple times about the issues at this location and never receive a response

As I go through this at times other patrons also report the same issues

Although the facility is clean and easy to access, it is very unreliable

I tried to charge here at least once a week and every charger from the 50 KW to the 350 KW will kick me off.   I have watched this happen to several other patrons as well. It happens all the time and it is definitely a power issue coming into the chargers themselves as for the location and he’s of access. This place is great but for the reliability or dependability of the chargers it is absolutely terrible and I would give zero stars if I could

I have to drive from my home in Moore Oklahoma all the way to Penn Square Mall To charge.

I have sent numerous emails and I get the automated response basically saying hey thanks for letting us know. Sorry for your issue so now I’m posting on here wondering what the hell you’re going to do about it.

I watched a guy the other night that only had 2 miles left, and he could not charge at any of these stations because it kept shutting down

You might get lucky you might not. The 350kWh will charge for about three minutes on charger number 03 and then cut you off and make you jump back on again. The other ones are out of service.

Originally gave this 3 stars, but it is now one star. 3 out of 4 spots are out of service, with 2/4 being out of service for more than a month.

Original Review: location is very poorly maintained. One of the 350kw stations has been out of service for months, and the second 350kw spot is giving me a massive 63kw charge with my battery at 25%. Get charged DC fast charge prices, but it doesn't charge anywhere close to it. I have tried this location multiple times, and it is always like this. Very disappointing.  As an fyi, I normally get faster charge speeds when using the 150kwH plugs instead of the 350kwH. It's just something to keep in mind.
