Easy to use and convenient, took 30 minutes to get from 50 to 80 and cost less than 10 bucks. I just shopped around Walmart as I waited. So no having to wait out in the heat.

Drive a Chevy Silverdo EV. Difficult to get in and out as the spots are mixed in with regular parking spaces. On our second attempt at a pump after pumping for 30 minutes and increasing only 5% ww realized there was an error. Second charger was a 350 and started off going up to 175 then throttled down to 53 where it stayed. We charged enough to get us to the next Tesla charger. This was by far our worst experience atan electrify america charging station.

First 350kw charger only charged at 32kw. Unplugged and second one held at 132kw which is about as fast as my mach e can go. Chargers are right by front door of Walmart and no one here at 8:30pm.

It was ok, The location was easy to find, the machines all worked, kinda, and they had 4 stations, all good. 2 things tho, when I first got there, a lady in a Mach E had trouble unplugging her car after charging. She called me over, I went to help and we tried for 5 mins unsuccessfully to unplug her car. I asked her if that had happened before and she said no. She ended up having to call customer service. The other thing is, I set my car to charge to 80% from 3% literally. It charged fast at 130Kwh rates for 30 mins to 52% then it stopped. I didn't get any notifications or anything. Luckily I checked the status on my cars app, not the electric America app and noticed it was not charging. Then I went back to the electrify America app and it had almost started charging me idle speeds instead. I only had 2 mins left. So I ran back to unplug. So, it kinda worked? I was on a road trip so I just left. I had enough to get me to my location at that point but I had to charge there as well.

First charger non functional. As I futzed with it, a nice lady walked up to her Mach E that was charging and informed me the only one at this spot that ever works is the one she was plugged into. She added that the charger continued to say connecting though it was clearly charging her car. She pulled out, and I took her spot. Charged at 120kw/h until 75% SoC then dropped to 50ish. Glad she was there, otherwise would have wasted tons of time trying other chargers.
