Same old same old electrify america experience, chargers out of service, app won't activate and slow charging speeds. Customer service can usually restart the units to make them work but it's so slow to get a rep to do this that you might as well drive to another station in that time.

I've used this location multiple times to charge for my return trip from Vancouver to Seattle.  I've never had any problems with the chargers or app.  I appreciate EA's reliability and growing network.

Spend 30min trying to get it going, but it never started charging session. Charger to EV handshake was successful, but the process was "paused"...Ended up going to EA at Vancouver plaza. That one worked flawlessly!

Almost always busy. Have to wait for charger and last couple times the charger was broke or had difficulty getting it to work. When it works, it does the job well.

I've used this charge about 20 times in the past 2 year.
The results were mixed but it is getting better.
At one point (About a year back.)  3 out of 4 charges were having some issues
(1 didn't work, 2 of them charging will get interrupted mid-session)
But it is getting better. the last 2 times I was here didn't encounter any major issues.
The best thing about this location is that
1. if you are going to Portland, this is the last stop with cheapest rate available (Once you get into Portland, you will be paying 25% more at all EA chargers over there!)
2. You can shop while you charge!

Because of those reason, I will always try to get as close to top off as possible before I head South!
