I have used this charger several times with no issues. However the last two times, it stops charging before it’s reached the charging goals. This also happened to others who were charging at the same time. So it wasn’t just one of the terminals

One of the 150kw chargers was broken. For some reason they put it on the wrong lane so the spaces are against the traffic of the parking lot lane. It is also really narrow and everyone owns a giant truck in this part of the world so it is really difficult to get in when a charger is open. Luckily I went one lane over there were two open parking spaces so I could back in from the next lane going the right direction. Once I got maneuvered in it charged up fine in about 15 minutes. Plug and charge was easy, it recognized my vehicle and started up on its own.

They are all working. Super fast on the 350 if you have 800V architecture. No wait. 64 cents a kWh tho. But got the job done

While I had no difficult charging yesterday (4/23/24), the process was anything but smooth. The first issue was that the screen on the charger, though operational, was blank. Had I not had the app, I likely wouldn't have been able to charge on that charger. Secondly, charger #2 was inoperate. Though it was noted as such in the app, two people still pulled in to charge, went through the process and were sadly disappointed when they had to move to a different charger. Thirdly, the stalls are way too tight. It was difficult to open the driver's door without hitting the stanchions, or being blocked by the charging cable. Lastly, while not EA's fault at all, a jag-off trucker parked his rig for the night directly opposite the chargers in such a way that one couldn't pull directly into a slot. You had to make a three-point maneuver.
