Plugged it in and went into the store. It stopped charging after 3 minutes and stopped.(according to the receipt at checkout) It went on to charge me for an idling fee. In all I paid $10 for 3 min. At set up, it asked me for my phone number to send texts for updates. I never received any updates for anything. I called, from what I could make out (call center definitely is not in the u.s.)she said it was on my end and that I need to set up the app for future updates. Not helpful whatsoever
