I get great speeds but it always slows down depending on your charge percentage.

All stations were working both times I used them . THe area was clean and easy to get to. Walmart is right in the lot, so shopping while charging is an advantage.

Customer service is not is not in united States. Its a fast charge but you always have to call to start your charge. Watch out for fees you will not get your money back !! But if you stay firm and repeat your problem they will try to understand in start your charge for free. Hope soon gas station will have a charging station because it will be cheaper and better for traveling. Please pre plan if your traveling far it will be more expensive than gas trying to find station

I've been an Electrify America customer for about a year and a half now. It seems their service has slipped during that time. The volume of people using this station has steadily increased and I feel I've seen a huge uptick in problems. Chargers that don't work, slow charging, dark screens, and broken charging cables are a few of the problems. All this time, a phone call to the 800 number was usually enough to get some quick help, but today I waited through 3 disconnected calls and a 25 minute wait to speak with someone. All these things could be expected with the blast of new electric vehicles on the road now...just wear and tear from use, but the company seems to be lagging to catch up. I hope it improves. I will update when it does.
