Update: All of the chargers were working! The speeds of charge were as advertised and now there are even more businesses around to shop at while you charge. This is a dramatic improvement over last time I was here. It’s still not as easy as a Tesla charger but it is way better than last time. Thank you to those that manage these and listened to the feed back. Tesla driver here and this is our first time using a non tesla charger. 2 out of 4 of the spots were out of order and the charging is significantly slower than what was advertised. The screens are wearing out and you can barely read the display and having issues with our card.

Charger 3 (one of the 350kw ones) had an issue and wouldn't charge. Charger 2 freed up soon after I arrived so I could easily switch to that one and it worked great at ~200kw speeds (max for my car).

This is a good location for EV charging. It was crowded when I got here, so it could definitely use more charging posts. Lots of amenities nearby, and everything works, so it's a good charger.

This charging station tends to be very frustrating. The last 4 times I've gone, every charger is occupied AND there is at least one car already waiting for a spot to open. I see HORRIBLE charging etiquette here all the time! I've seen a car parked using two spots for no reason (they didn't need to do so to reach the charger or anything, so I'm not sure if they just wanted to be a jerk or what). Several times I've waited for a spot while multiple cars charging were already at over 90% charge. A couple times there were at least 2 cars waiting to charge and people still charged past 90% while we waited!! Other charging stations discourage this type of behavior with increased fees, etc. I'm not sure if EA does that, because I'm not the type to keep people waiting while I charge more than I need to, but if they do, they need to increase it or have some other way of trying to prevent this such as not allowing a charge past 80% when all stations are full. At the very least they could put up signs asking patrons to be courteous and not charge more than they need when others are waiting. Or maybe just add more charging stations as this location clearly needs more!!

All stalls empty and working as far as we could tell. This is the fastest charger in the area. Worked great! Price was 56 cents per kWh which is steep but comparable with gas.
