Located on the left edge of the Walmart parking lot.

Walmart 4456 Somerdale

All charging stations are now 350KW. Great!

A little to inside, like 10 mins, if you are coming from hwy so plan for extra time otherwise great location, plenty of charging slots.
Walmart right outside, go to restroom or grab something to eat. Very convenient

Great session here. We had a peak rate of 234kW.  We stopped here by chance (our original destination was full) and it messed with my perceptions of the EA network in September 2025.  This Walmart location with the older chargers was well maintained, all chargers were working and this isn't a balanced charging location.  Bravo!

Would you join EV drivers always struggling and frustrated dealing with troubles and wasts with broken charge machines and malfunctioning app at every need of charge? I never recommend Electrify America changing stations. The whole system is immature, trouble-prone and hard to use even when it's working.

1) Too many charge terminals are left broken and under-maintained. They don't mark the issue, making us to try broken terminals to waste our time. I've suffered once every two visits and keep seeing other drivers switching trying over multiple terminals.

2) The phone app is buggy and unstable. It has weird user interface confusing users. You can end up to use a hi-priced card payment after paying for membership fee like me.

3) Charge stations tend to be crowded, especially at peak time and urban locations. You'd have good chance on getting on a line before reaching one available.

So much & many issues that Tesla charge stations ( which is usually cheaper per Kwh.) don't have.

4) Slow. You'll see the estimate charge time 2+ hours to 100% or 

best electrify charging station in the area, even though 2 charging stations are marked 350kw but most chargers charge higher rate they are marked… for example 150kw charging station charges at 173kw or more
