Was working great until this week. I came Thursday and I came again today and cannot charge my vehicle at the CHADEMO. I called the customer service an hour ago before I came in. The nice rep told me it was working fine. This working fine however is not the case as

The 350kw charger was coming into my low battery single car at charger at 68kw, super slow and made the layover a lot longer than I liked. At least shopping at Walmart is convenient. The Duke Energy EV chargers is Shelbyville and Batesville are much faster! Skip the city and try the smaller towns!

Great location at a Walmart and plenty of chargers. I'm annoyed that my truck can charge at 150 kW but even the 350 kW charger won't go above 98 kW. This makes a slow process even slower 😞.

Tried two different charges. Three different plugs on the two chargers. At least a dozen times refuses to connect to vehicle. And I had to get an account for it to work last time on another electrify America location. Won't take credit card.

Had to try a few different stations in the morning to find a working station. Used 4 and then 6. 6 worked without issue. Someone else came and used 4. Later in the day I came back and use 3 without issue. It was a 350kW station and was super fast. 30-80% charge in 18 minutes. They seem rather popular there were always 4 stations in use while i was there.
