Listed and advertised as hyper fast 350 kw. It is still priced absurdly high at 0.64 per kWh but the charge is between 70-80kw. Avoid this station

It's frustrating because there's always an enormous line to get to these chargers, and many others like them. I wonder what's stopping them from just installing a lot more chargers? More and more people are buying a non-tesla EV everyday, maybe hundreds daily in the Los Angeles area alone. Yet the charging capacity remains basically as it has been for years so the lines just get longer. Now add to that that so many manufacturers offer free charging for a year or more when you buy their car, and you see huge lines of Mercedes, Kia, and VW clogging up all these chargers. People who can probably charge at home, but why would they when they can charge for free at Electrify America or one of their competitors. The only way I can successfully and predictably charge is at a Tesla supercharger, with a charging adapter for my car. It costs more, but when you need juice, you need juice. Companies like Electrify America are asleep at the wheel, and losing a tremendous amount of revenue for a lack of having available chargers.

Total nightmare. Every time I go there is a huge waiting line (5+ cars in queue to get on a charger). I waited for a charge only out of desperation. I was third in line and I waited 35 minutes until I could charge. **Come on LA. Come on Burbank. This area has too many EVs and not enough chargers. Glendale is even worse. **

Not a great commercial for EV adoption. You could see all the ICE drivers smirking as they walked past the line of EVs waiting to charge. Took multiple attempts to get the charger started… Thought I’d grab a snack at Walmart once I was charging and the store was utter chaos.

So sloooooowww! This Electrify America station claims “hyper fast” but 1.5 hours to go from 40% to 100% is NOT hyper-fast! Would not recommend this spot.

All new 350 kW chargers. NEVER was I able to fully charge, by the time half of my battery is charged, the charge speed drops to under 10 kW. You can see a new record of Ultra Hyper Super fast charging on the photo - 0.8 kW. Thank you, Electrify America for wasting my time. Makes me want to switch back to gas.
