Chargers here suck. The last 3 days we’ve come our charge is interrupted after only a minute or two of charging. It is not our car as people around us at the same time had similar issues

Not enough chargers & sometimes not working. Why have 2 plugs if only one can be used

The app reported to me while I was on the road that 2 of 3 chargers were available. There were four towers and one said unavailable on the screen. In truth the ONE car beside each of the other towers meant NO charger was available because here there are two cables on each tower but only one at a time can be in use. This Electrify America station has the highest per kwh price of any I've used but their erroneous reporting was like bait and switch. Lured me in expecting to charge immediately and had to wait. Unhappy customer.

Busy parking lot when we arrived but no trouble finding the charger or charging. Edit: came back through here on my homeward trip. Had some trouble connecting at two of the chargers before finally getting it to go at the third station. Thankfully there was nobody else there, but bumped it down from 5 stars.

I have a W ID 4 I stopped in this place a couple of times a month on my way to Frankfort and/or Cincinnati is my middle point from border TN in Kentucky, charger 2 has problems and sometimes doesn't even work. They have two that are supposed to be hyper charging they are not. Last time I had to stay almost like an hour the speed was a little faster than doing it at home. And how much time can you spend in Walmart?
