100kw with one other car charging.. Not bad but way short of the 350 advertised.

Had no issues charging ID.4 here yesterday on the drive home. Google maps showed it as “unavailable” with a red dot, but there was a stall open, and I was able to CCS 30% battery in 10 minutes while I grabbed some pretzels at Walmart.

They seem to fail at providing consistent service and allowing one to avail their "free charging" contract for a new vehicle. Updated, station is out of service yet again and there’s trash everywhere. Rather disappointing service this company provides.

Our car was set on fire by one of these chargers. The fire department and police showed up and were unable to locate an emergency shut off valve; they were also unable to contact Electrify America (they and we called multiple times and the number kept hanging up on us before we could be connected with anyone). Today we showed up to charge our car and two of the chargers looked like someone smashed the screens and the payment platform. Payment issues at these chargers (and honestly all EA chargers we've ever been to) are frequent.

It's great to see an EV charging option in Frisco and to have so many DC charging stations in one place. However the way these four stations are organized is really confusing and definitely not optimized for each one being used or for the multiple different plug in locations on today's ev vehicles. And then there is the price. I know the infrastructure is expensive. Yet I also have heard Colorado provides grants for the instilation... So why then do they charge $0.43/ kWh. Sure you can be a member for a cheaper rate but it's not a savings worth writing home about. Though at least you can pay on the spot without being a member. So to sum it up. I'm happy to have and see DC charging stations. But feel the project was a poorly planed. Yet on the plus side there's no parking fee, only the kwh fee.
