One of the chargers doesn't work but the two fast chargers work.

This was my first time using a charger outside of my home amd i was extremely disappointed it was way harder than it has to and needs to be, I needed to download app I needed to I think put my card on file and when I plugged it n it of course did not work, I tried several times to no avail, from my understanding the tesla charges are extremely user friendly I hope they work better than this one did

Access to the Chargers was great however, I don’t know why I had to pay $6.75 for parking and access to the stations. It was after hours and all businesses were closed. Making it impossible to get ticket validated.

The two DCFC stations have been off line for months. One has the cable cut off. There is a slow charger (L2) that seems to be on line but it is always in use by local residents or employees. And you have to pay for parking or buy a meal from the local restaurants. All but completely useless. This is typical of EVgo stations in the valley. Don't waste your time.

They have 2 DC level 3 fast chargers outside across from Baja Fresh. Usually working fine. On weekends it can get busy and they are full. Weekdays you can usually get a charger easily. Parking is kind of expensive, but you can validate at any of the restaurants there. I believe there are are a few more chargers in the parking garage but I haven’t used those.
