Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. Labeled as SemaConnect but is now Blink. I suggest plugging in then walking out to where there is signal; took about 30min for it to start charging. Useful info on Plug share app.

Limited spaces (4) accentuated by one of them being broken. A devil of a time trying to get the blasted thing to start (in a cell and wifi dead-zone so the app abd calling were not an option and blink card would not authenticate). Finally able to start on the app once our of the parking bunker. Thought it charged the whole time I was at an event... but got back to my vehicle to find none had happened.
