I don't have electric car but it was nice to see people using it

Excellent location right off the highway. All chargers were working perfectly (on the date of this review) Food and restrooms are available at this location.

Nice 👍. One try charging with the electrify America app. 46 cents.  Nice convenience store nearby.

ABRP put this as one of the segments for our long road trip. We were supposed to arrive at 25% SOC, and when we showed up, the chargers were under maintenance.  Having range anxiety plus the low battery level put me in a frantic state. Luckily, there is another EA charging station about 6 miles away. Didn't plan on being in a state of panic and driving on "fumes." Lesson learned to check your charging station segments in advance to ensure they are NOT out of commission. This could have been really bad for us had the fine folks in Des Moine area not had so many options! Use Plug Share app or EA app to verify stations are operational.

Very good place to stop. Well lit, friendly staff, stopped in after dark, and besides the price gouging even late at night, it's $.40(forgot the last digit) per kw for EVs, would recommend this to be the new standard. For travel they of course, have gas and FOUR charging stations. One station has a lower power, and the other 3 were high. I was traveling with a 6YO and they always where happy to see us as we played relay races to the bathroom, they where happy to help when we had questions and never made us feel unwelcome we would have stayed inside but as it was so late the food place was dark and if my kid falls asleep, he can be very hard to move. Again, I hope this becomes the standard for stops, ofcourse they are stocked on gas pumps and now also charging stations! Would recommend.
