ElectrifyAmerica maintenance, information about available stations are almost always wrong. At Westfield Montgomery Mall, three charging stations are not working for several months. Inspite of informing them, they have not been repaired. All most all the charging stations have at least one or more arre not working! And the information on the website about the available chargers are always false! Don't know what kind of business they run?

The only reliable station near Rockville. Every time I go elsewhere and try to charge. I waste an hour and end up here. I’ve never had a problem with the chargers. It can get crowded at times. They should designate the regular spaces that are behind the charging spaces as this would double the number of cars that can charge at once. The cables reach and if no one is parked in those spaces it works well.
