Located in the mall parking lot between the Broken Yolk and Nordstrom Rack.

Usually little to no wait except during rush hour and lunch time. Reliable to have all chargers functioning. If there is a waiting queue, it starts just before charger 1 and winds down the parking lane to the bowling alley and then winds up the next lane. Have never seen more than 6 cars waiting, and that is after work on a Friday during Rush hours.

Advertises 150kwh but most i could get was 43kwh. 2 of the stations aren't working

I wanted to like this charging station because there are a good amount of units. The wait has never been longer than 10 minutes and there is a good amount of space in between spots. There’s a Round One a few steps away and you’re in a mall parking lot so if during operating hours you can use the bathroom if needed. The issue is people keep breaking the plug heads and there’s always one unit that is unavailable for use. The picture I took is from today on Station 1. Someone cracked the CCS plug head and it got stuck in the charge port in my car. Thankfully I’ve experienced this before at this station and knew how to remove it but this is an issue I’ve only experienced here 3 times now. 1 star for the regular issues and 2 stars for the convenience.

EA Chargers are not reliable, especially in California many are not in service. If you find a working charger the stuff is terribly slow. Electrify America will not survive doing business like this. Additionally, how difficult would it be to add a few features to the app. Queuing, snow you to check-in and be next in for a charger. Much larger numbering in the stations to identify which tap. In the app display more information than just in use. Display the stats so you can make informed decisions if you are not using the charger. At a minimum, in the app show the soc live fire the vehicle plugged in. If the charger is not responsive just send commands and reboot the damn thing. Waiting for customers to call in is a waste of a customers time. Display some information why the charging speed is reducing. Vehicle condition, weather, electricity rate, soc, anything. Numerous times my charging rate will start at say 170kwh and then drop to 50kwh for no reason (vehicle is not near soc 80%). Display a green light of the charger is useable and available. Display a red light of it is not available or broken. Display a blue light if it is active in use by a customer. My last two pieces of feedback are nice to haves and in understand the significant challenges with them but would be huge deals. Design the charger location with pull through for a vehicle like a gas pump. Put a roof or solar panel roof over chargers. I was at a charger that the outside temp was 119 degrees sun beating down. Unpleasant experience. I assume this would be great for all of the elements. Lastly, I noticed with my VW id 4 promotion that allows 30mins free charging in California I was getting absolutely unacceptable 32kwh rates. My vehicle had 22%soc. I retried new sessions using the promo plan and each time git 32kwh rate. So I cancelled the session and used the same tap but as a non member credit card customer and surprisingly my rate was now 110kwh. This is a terrible experience and an awful customer experience.
