  I think it is great that they have a state of charge at 85% because it can get busy here. It is ridiculous however that they also have it at night when there's nobody around. You still cannot charge more than 85%

  Please fix the line problem. The common courtesy amongst EV charging cars is to wait in line until they have their turn. I will be informing others to stay away because the security guard seems so aggressive and angry to people waiting. It is safer to stay away and go somewhere else. With a big parking lot, I would think this place would be no problem but it’s too much of a hassle.

THE SECURITY STAFF WAS VERY RUDE!!!He didn’t let people park in line to wait nearby or at the broken chargers, even though neither option blocked traffic. Instead, he put yellow tape around the non-working chargers(which broken for weeks and not taped) and threatened to TOW YOUR CAR if you parked there. He even told us to go to other charging stations, saying it was an order from his MANAGER . If the shoppes don't want people charging here, they shouldn't have a charging station there.

  1 July: Electricity America - only 3 chargers still working and your customers are losing patience. Many drivers, myself included, have tried to make it work. I fear that this is going to come to violence, especially in this heat. 27 June: 3 chargers are working. Wish others would be more considerate and not charge to 100% if unnecessary. Been here an hour already :/ Charging here is consistently slow and has never hit 150 kw for me. Also, the set-up is funky with very few areas to wait for a charger without impeding the flow of traffic. I’ve seen a few altercations when someone tries to take a charger when another party has been waiting, can’t we all just get along?

  The location was very convenient that is located inside the parking lot of the Westfield mall. However, all the charging station was consistently down or slow charging that required a long wait time and charging time. Also, electric car owners were not very nice or well mannered. There were times that car owners would park on the wrong spot for using certain charging station, which would block other car owners from charging their car. Just a suggestion for everyone to be considerate and respectful for others.
