When is working and there isn't a 1 hour wait the charging speed is about half of what it should be. Other chargers get me running at about 180 kw at peak speed. Best I've ever seen here was 125 kw and that was at 3am with no other cars plugged in.

Worst place to get your car charged. Customer service is the worst iv ever dealt with. Called customer service three times asking for a refund after getting falsely charged and couldn’t reach a supervisor for 2 days. Always singing the same song, saying a supervisor will call you but they never do. They are quick to take your money but don’t take the time to listen to you.

One of 3 Electrify Stations in Santa Clarita. It’s easy to miss kind of if you are not paying attention. It’s in the parking lot of the Valencia town center mall. So far this one has had the least issues and shortest line. Not sure why? Maybe because Theres another station not far from here but by electrify standards, this ones good. Successful charge. 86% cap. Can’t go higher.

This is a pretty good station because it has a limit of 85% and it is located in the parking lot of the Valencia Town center (a large mall). Ever since they limited the charge to 85%, the wait time has been very reasonable. Many times I don't have to wait at all.

Many of the chargers seem to have issues. Several of the stations didn’t work for multiple people, ended up not communicating with my car and I had to manually start with the app. Really, really tight spaces, hard for bigger vehicles to get in and out I visited this station on my way back through and three of them wouldn’t charge, even with manually starting charge on the app. Two chargers missing covers / plug protectors
