The chargers are on the lower level, so try entering the mall via Reedie Drive, that takes you to the correct level, otherwise you may be driving around the pin on the wrong level. The location is decent, although there always seem to be one or two chargers out of service.

One of the most reliable EA charging stations in the area. 10/12 stations are 150kw (ultra fast) chargers. Can't wait for the hyper fast ones to show up! The app is still flaky.. I had to call CS because it got stuck at payment processing screen. This is a known intermittent issue, they tell me. No issues with the chargers themselves. There is nice food court in the mall for when the mall is open.

Drove from Hampton Roads VA to Bethesda non stop and loved this station. It worked flawlessly and there's not a lot of parking lot traffic near it. I do wish there were signs to direct you under the parking garage as it took us a little longer to find. Easily the best station I've been to.
