Charged up my EV rental car on the way back to DIA (Geneais GV60). Easy to use with app, fair charging time, and plenty of availabile plugs during mid morning. I also appreciate the location being near Whole foods for a snack run and restroom break while charging up :) FYI: charging stations are at the back end of the parking lot, away grom the store.

Worked like a charm. I suggest marking these chargers in a way that they could be used in either parking lane. Front and rear of the chargers since there are so many EV charging locations which makes it hard to only use one parking lane.

I went to charge my car last Tuesday and my card kept declining so I looked at my bank account and it was charging 55 dollars so I transferred some money to my debit card so that I'd have more than 55 dollars in my account and then the transaction went through. I assumed this would be a holding fee or something because normally when I charge it's only about 14 dollars. my car charged for maybe 10 minutes before it suddenly stopped and refused to charge again. a week later I still have a 55 dollar charge on my card that should have just been a holding fee. I didn't even get a full charge on my card and it still is withholding 55 dollars from my account. I'm very disappointed.

When EVgo charges a $2.99 “Session Fee,” one would expect impeccable infrastructure. Alas, the 50kW CCS had a cracked housing that also reported itself as a safety fault, which pushed me to the higher-priced Fast CCS. Yes, I added 30 miles to get home, still delivered at 50kW speed, and I and my wallet sure felt used and abused by EVgo.
