AI Overview
The chargers are located next to Earl's Kitchen on the southeast side of CF Polo Park; GPS may direct you to the mall's second-level parking lot instead, so look for Earl's to find them. The lot is illuminated with pull-in parking spaces. Some drivers have reported occasional issues with certain adapters or connectors, and cord length can be tight for some vehicle configurations.

"I found the Supercharger easy to locate and use. However, I'm questioning why Tesla's electricity rates are so high. I charged my vehicle at 9 PM local time during off-peak hours, and I was the only car there. Despite this, the cost was $0.49 per kWh, which is significantly more than Manitoba Hydro's residential rate of approximately $0.095 per kWh. While I understand Tesla needs to cover its operational costs, charging five times the local utility rate seems excessive. This experience really highlights the value of a home charger, where filling your battery costs around $6."

Great place for charging and for food.

I had quite a challenge finding the charger, and once I did, getting it to work at -20C seemed impossible. Luckily, I stumbled upon a video by a local YouTuber named Teslapeg. His video, titled ‘7 Winter Tips I Wish I Knew Before Buying a Tesla,’ was incredibly informative and helped me achieve the max charging rate. I really wish I had discovered his channel before buying my Tesla – it’s packed with essential information I never knew I needed! 😓 He also posted a video about locating this supercharger, but that would have been more helpful before I spent so much time searching for it, lol.

A bit tricky to find; look for Earl's Kitchen. The stations are next to its parking lot. (If you go past Earl's GPS will take you up to the Polo Park 2nd level parking lot... Aside from the location, the charger operation is fine. I visited twice and both times there were plenty of stations free (only three in use).

Weird location to find without knowing about it beforehand. Only accessible easily coming from the south side of the mall. Once there it's a decent area, but with a pretty large amount of foot traffic around the cars at times. Being walking distance from the mall with all it's services is great however, and the chargers are both reliable and rarely full.
