Wollongong, NSW Supercharger

Trying to charge my car, and keep getting charged $120. Got charged $120 yesterday and the car didn't even charge, no refund. Today its charging but another $120 has gone off. I haven't attempted charging twice. I called support 10min ago to not be supported by a very rude gentleman that kept speaking over me when I was trying to explain what was happening. The only advice - send an email and wait 10 days for a possible refund. Whats the support line for?  When I asked why this is happening, he said - unknown. Location Figtree Grove.

After reading previous comments, it's somehow easy to find, could've been easier if I took the correct entrance. Bit of wait, as it's in a shopping centre on a public holiday during lunch time, very tight space between cars, had difficulties to get around to plug in and unplug after, slow for my non-Tesla car, only maxed to about 60kwh, charged congestion fee!! I didn't even charge to full....

Came here during the lunch rush hour, there was just one charger left, open to non Tesla EVs as well. Situated outside of the shopping centre car park, this is indeed a fast supercharger.

Chargers only go to 75KW not sure if they have changed them?? Definitely not superchargers.

This Tesla Supercharger is tucked away in the Figtree Grove shopping centre carpark. I only found it because of the reviews and photos on Google Maps. As soon as you drive into the carpark turn right and you will see them there. From memory, there are 5 or 6 superchargers available to use. And the shopping centre entrance is really close if you need to get something or use the toilets.
