BEWARE OF THE IDLE FEE! DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! Pulled into the space, set up the charger, entered my phone number into the charger for a text when the car was done charging Ave went on my way to shop. After 2hrs, went back to the car…
The charger didn’t text me when it was finished charging and I was slammed with a double-dip idle fee totaling $100! I called customer service and they were unhelpful, telling me I should’ve been aware of the idling fee and that they weren’t responsible to text me when the charge was finished. Ultimately disputed it with my credit card and received a refund for the fees.

I was charged a hefty $62.94, including a surprise $27.20 for idle time. The charger provided no clear information about idle fees, leading to this unexpected and excessive charge.

Customer support was equally frustrating. The representative struggled to understand my concern, and the call lasted over an hour. When I was transferred to a supervisor, I was met with complete silence.

This experience was unacceptable due to lack of clarity, ineffective customer support, and unresponsive staff.

Started charge then walked away  Came back and charge had stopped after 3 minutes and 16 minutes of idling fee at .40 occured. For some reason my credit card didn't auto reload. Called customer service and they wouldn't refund.

Stopped by recently for a quick refill. We have home charging so it's the first time we charge outside. Didnt take long to figure things out as the UI is fairly intuitive. I do wish it has a NFC reader so that I can simply tap my phone which is what i do in most of the merchandise nowadays, but it's much better than having to install an app to use the service!

Charging is super fast, but it still leaves a lot to be desired, when I arrived there were two unoccupied and they weren't working, I had to wait for someone to finish.
